Connect your website form

When a visitor fills in your form, RepeatCrew creates the lead, opens a conversation, and starts your Instant lead response automation right away.

You need to be an admin or owner to see these settings.

Find your form

Go to Settings → Integrations and scroll to Website lead capture. There are three ways to connect it. Pick whichever suits your website.

Option 1: Share the hosted form link

Copy the Hosted form link. You can put it anywhere: your Google Business Profile, Instagram bio, email signature, or a button on your site.

The form asks for:

• first and last name
• phone and email
• the service they're interested in
• "How can we help?"

Option 2: Embed the form on your website

Copy the snippet under Embed on your website and paste it where the form should appear. This works on most website builders that let you add custom HTML.

You can customize the embedded form by adding attributes to the div:

• data-repeatcrew-title changes the heading. The default is "Get in touch".
• data-repeatcrew-button changes the button text. The default is "Send message".
• data-repeatcrew-color sets your brand color.

Option 3: Send leads from your own form (developers)

POST JSON or form data to /api/public/leads with your form key:

• key (required)
• first_name and last_name, or a single name
• email and/or phone
• message (optional)

Each lead needs a name and either an email address or a phone number. Phone numbers need at least 10 digits.

What happens when a lead comes in

1. RepeatCrew matches the person to an existing customer by email, then by phone, or creates a new contact.
2. If they already have an open lead, it's reused, so you won't get duplicates.
3. A conversation opens in your Inbox. It uses text messaging if they gave a phone number, and email otherwise.
4. For a new lead, the Instant lead response automation runs. If your receptionist (Riley) is set to Needs approval, the AI's reply waits in AI team → Approvals for you to send. Set Riley to Autonomous if you want replies to go out on their own.

Rotating your form key

If your form key has been misused, click Rotate key. Your old embed, hosted link, and API integrations stop working immediately, so update your website straight after.
