Terms of Service

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
• Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account and your team’s accounts.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Free trials end on the date shown in the app. You won’t be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Usage beyond your plan’s limits (for example texts or AI actions) may be paused until you upgrade.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
• Purchases in the template marketplace are one-time and non-refundable once installed.

Payments you collect

Payments from your customers are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms, into your connected Stripe account. You are responsible for your prices, refunds, taxes, and disputes with your customers.

Messaging and calls

• You must have your customers’ consent before texting, calling, or emailing them. You must follow messaging laws and carrier rules (such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and 10DLC registration).
• Don’t send spam, and honor opt-outs; RepeatCrew processes STOP replies automatically.
• If you record calls, you’re responsible for any notice or consent the law requires where you and your callers are.

AI features

AI features can draft or send messages, book appointments, and answer calls based on the settings you choose. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing its settings and for messages sent on your behalf. Use approval modes for anything you want to check first.

Acceptable use

Don’t use RepeatCrew for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive. Don’t try to break, overload, or get around the security of the service, or access other businesses’ data. We may suspend accounts that put customers, carriers, or the service at risk.

Your data

You own your business data. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data and close your account at any time.

Third-party services

Integrations like Google, QuickBooks, Stripe, and Twilio are provided by those companies under their own terms. We aren’t responsible for their services.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

RepeatCrew is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using RepeatCrew anytime. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date and notify account owners of material changes. Continuing to use RepeatCrew means you accept the updated terms.
