SMS Terms

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms apply to text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by businesses that use RepeatCrew to communicate with their customers. Each business is the sender of its own messages. RepeatCrew is the software platform that delivers them.

Program description

Businesses that use RepeatCrew may text you about:

  • Appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes.
  • Quotes and estimates you asked for.
  • Invoices, payment requests, and receipts.
  • Replies to your questions or requests, which may be answered by the business’s AI assistant.
  • Promotions and offers, only if you have separately agreed to receive marketing texts from that business.

How you opt in

You agree to receive texts from a business when you:

  • Check an unchecked consent box on the business’s website, booking, quote, or payment form;
  • Text the business first; or
  • Otherwise give the business permission to text you, for example in person or over the phone.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any goods or services.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the business. Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again (for example by replying START).

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help deliver messages.
