Get paid online with Stripe

RepeatCrew uses Stripe for card payments. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and RepeatCrew never sees or stores card numbers.

Connect Stripe

You need to be an admin or owner.

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Card payments (Stripe).
2. Click Connect Stripe. Stripe asks you to verify your business and add a bank account.
3. When you're sent back to RepeatCrew, the badge shows one of these:
   • Accepting payments: you're done.
   • Pending Stripe review: Stripe is checking your details.
   • Setup incomplete: click Continue Stripe setup to finish.

You can open your Stripe dashboard from the same section at any time.

Get paid for an invoice

1. Create an invoice from Invoices, or turn an accepted estimate into one.
2. Click Send. Your customer gets a link showing the balance due and a Pay now button.
3. They pay the full remaining balance by card with Stripe Checkout.
4. The payment is recorded and the invoice is marked paid automatically. The Payment reminders automation stops chasing it.

You can also click Copy pay link and share the link yourself.

Take deposits

Set a deposit amount on a service in Settings → Services.

• When a customer books that service on your online booking page, they're taken to Stripe to pay the deposit straight after booking.
• For an appointment you booked yourself, open it in the Calendar and click the Request deposit button (it shows the amount). This sends a secure payment link by text or email.

Deposits you collect are applied automatically to that appointment's invoice.

Record cash, checks, and transfers

On an invoice, click Record payment. Enter the amount and choose the method: Cash, Check, Bank transfer, or Other. You can also add a date, a reference, and notes.

Staff and above can record payments. Managers and above can edit them.

Fees

Stripe's standard processing fees apply, and they're deducted by Stripe. RepeatCrew doesn't add a fee to your customers' payments.
