Invite your team
Give crew and office staff their own logins, choose the right role for each person, and manage seats.
Updated Sep 28, 2026
You need to be an admin or owner to invite people.
Send an invitation
- Go to Settings → Team and click Invite teammate.
- Enter their Email and choose a Role.
- Click Send invitation. They'll get an email with a link, which expires after 7 days.
If email can't be sent, you'll get a link to copy and share yourself.
Pending invitations are listed under the team. For each one you can:
- Resend, which creates a fresh link valid for another 7 days
- Revoke
Accepting an invitation
Your teammate opens the link and signs in, or creates an account, with the email address you invited. Then they click Accept invitation.
Choose the right role
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Read-only access to the workspace |
| Staff | Work leads, customers, conversations, appointments, estimates, and invoices; record cash or check payments; approve AI drafts |
| Manager | Everything staff can do, plus services, automations, the AI team, deleting records, and editing payments |
| Admin | Everything managers can do, plus team, billing, integrations, business settings, and the audit log |
| Owner | Full control, including granting and removing ownership |
You can't invite someone straight in as an owner. Once they've joined, an existing owner can promote them. Every workspace always keeps at least one owner.
Seats
Each plan includes a number of seats:
- Free trial: 3
- Starter: 1
- Growth: 5
- Scale: 20
Pending invitations count toward your seats. When every seat is in use, Invite teammate is disabled. Upgrade your plan in Settings → Billing to add more people.
Changing or removing access
From the team list, admins can change someone's role, suspend them, or remove them. Only an owner can change, suspend, or remove another owner.
If you want to leave a workspace yourself, use Leave workspace on your profile page.
