Request reviews

Automatically ask happy customers for a Google review after each job, and catch problems before they go public.

Updated Sep 28, 2026

Go to Settings → Business. Under Contact details, paste your Google review link. It looks like https://g.page/r/…/review, and you can find it in your Google Business Profile under "Ask for reviews".

Until the link is added, the Reviews page shows a reminder.

2. Let the automation do the asking

The Review request after a job automation is on by default. It sends a review request 2 hours after an appointment is marked completed. You can change or pause it in Automations.

To ask someone yourself, go to Reviews and click Request a review. Then pick the customer and click Send request.

To avoid pestering people, RepeatCrew won't ask the same customer more than once every 90 days. It also never messages anyone marked Do Not Contact.

What your customer sees

  1. A short message with a link: "Would you take 30 seconds to tell us how we did?"
  2. A page that asks How did we do?, with 1–5 stars and an optional private comment.
  3. A Leave a public review button that opens your Google review page.

Every customer is offered the public review button, whatever rating they gave. Filtering out unhappy customers goes against Google's review policies.

Follow up on unhappy customers

When someone rates 3 stars or fewer, a note is added to your activity so you can follow up and make it right. On the Reviews page, use the Needs follow-up filter to see them all.

The Reviews page also shows each customer's status, rating, private feedback, and when they responded.
